Hitch and towing hardware is weight-rated equipment. It's the buyer's responsibility to confirm compatibility with their specific tow vehicle and trailer before installation. Contact us before ordering if you're unsure about fit.
Unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom-cut or installed items are not eligible for return.
Most orders ship within 2 business days. Larger hitch and towing hardware may ship via freight carrier with extended delivery windows.
Some products, particularly hitch and brake controller hardware, are recommended for professional installation. AxleBound Gear is not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper installation.
